Terms

The rules for using SureBe.

These terms are short on purpose. SureBe is a memory aid for life admin, not a bank, not advice and not a place to store someone else's affairs without authority.

The service

SureBe helps you keep structured records of subscriptions, contracts, refunds, warranties, purchases and related commitments. Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Features may change as the product develops. Email, where you connect it, is used for extraction of fields, not as an archive of your inbox.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for the email address you use to sign in and for any records you confirm. Customer accounts are passwordless: we send a one-time code. Do not use SureBe for anyone else's affairs without authority. A matching email on Google or Apple will never merge into your account automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use SureBe to break the law. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Paid plans

Paid billing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe. SureBe is £6.99 a month or £59.99 a year. Family is £11.99 a month when household sharing ships and is not available to buy yet. You can cancel from the billing portal. Charges already taken for a period are not usually refunded, except where UK consumer law requires it.

Our liability

SureBe is a memory aid, not financial, legal or tax advice. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise that every extraction is complete. Nothing in these terms limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.

Intellectual property

The SureBe product, name and site are owned by COZQ Limited. You keep the rights in the records and content you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display and process that content so the service can work for you.

Ending the account

You can export or delete your account from Settings. We may close an account that breaches these terms. After deletion, we keep only what we must keep for law, security or accounting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also have rights that mandatory UK law does not let us take away.
